Please complete this form to book an individual place on the 1-day Legionella Risk Assessment (ABBE Level 2 Award in Awareness of Legionella) training course. If you already hold an existing membership with Stroma Certification, please record your membership number in the field provided for reference (for reference purposes only). Each course will run from 09:00-17:00, with registration from 08:30. After submitting this form you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice for the training fee of £125 + £35 ABBE fee Excl VAT. Please note that all Legionella courses require a minimum number of 8 delegates to proceed. Any under-subscribed dates may be cancelled and in this instance, we will endeavour to offer an alternative suitable date.
